Morning Commute - Departure Day

Hello all - don't get too excited - this is Emily, Aaron's sister. I just wanted to give you a quick update about how this morning went. In order to have room for all the travelers plus luggage we took two vehicles to Birmingham this morning. We were blessed with easy travel despite all the rain and Birmingham traffic. Aaron even "let us" stop for a quick bite to eat on the way since we had left their house around 5:20 a.m.

Here is a picture of Aaron, Erica, Carter, and Jack from this morning - the last time they will be a family of four in their home. I love how Erica said "Aaron, your sister, not me, wants to take a quick picture."



And here is a picture of the travelers with all their luggage outside the airport this morning. I think they had about 12 pieces of luggage if you counted carry ons. I LOVE how excited Erica looks!

    Thank you Emily, great update and I love the luggage pic! It looks awfully familiar of a trip a family took, oh, about 18 mos. ago! I also love how excited Erica looks!

    OHMAGOSHOHMAGOSHOHMAGOSH!!!! I AM COMING OUT OF MY SKIN FOR YOU!!!! HOLY COW!! You are a mere FOUR DAYS from meeting your BABY GIRL!! I have chills just thinking about it because I remember it so well!!! You and your Momma look like you are giggling yourselves silly in that picture!! And the boys.....what a story they will have!
